Delete your account
You can delete your PakFix account and personal data at any time, from the app or from this page.
In the PakFix app
Open the app, go to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password.
What is deleted straight away
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your profile photo, saved addresses and properties
- For professionals: your CNIC number, CNIC photos and selfie
- Your open requests and offers (they are cancelled)
- Every device you are signed in on
What PakFix keeps
Records of jobs that already happened (the booking, price, reviews and chat) stay, shown as "Deleted user", because the other person and our accounts rely on them and the law may require them. They no longer carry your name or contact details.
You cannot delete your account while a job is in progress. Finish or cancel it first. Questions? Contact us.
